These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the T21 Drips website, mobile application, and all content, functionality, and services offered on or through them (collectively, the “Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Platform. If you use our Platform on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1. No Medical Advice – Medical Disclaimer

T21 Drips is not a medical provider and does not engage in the practice of medicine. All IV hydration, vitamin injection, and related services are provided by independent, licensed healthcare professionals.

Our services are elective wellness treatments intended for health maintenance only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. The information on our Platform is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any medical treatment. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

T21 Drips does not endorse any specific products, procedures, or healthcare professionals mentioned on the Platform. Your reliance on any information is solely at your own risk.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services.

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when booking or registering.

  • Use the Platform and services only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Interfere with the operation of our Platform.

  • Attempt to access source code, reverse-engineer, or bypass security measures.

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users or staff.

  • Use our services while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

3. Appointments, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 3 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged in full.

  • No-Shows: No refunds for missed appointments.

  • Provider Cancellations: If your provider cancels within 3 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund.

  • Refusal of Service: Services may be refused if you provide false information or appear impaired, with no refund issued.

By booking, you authorize T21 Drips to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and taxes.

4. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information to operate our Platform, deliver services, and communicate with you. We do not sell your information. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our Platform are owned by T21 Drips or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding your claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
