T21 Drips – Cancellation Policy

At T21 Drips, we know plans can change! Since our nurses travel directly to you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if our nurse arrives and you’re unavailable, will be charged the full service amount.

• Same-day bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

• For groups (2 or more), we’ll need 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Example: If six people are booked but only four are available, you’ll still be charged for all six.

• For larger groups (4+), once your nurse, date, and time are confirmed, cancellations will be charged the full price per person.

• Missed appointments are non-refundable, though we’ll do our best to help you reschedule when possible.
